We currently only deliver to the UK mainland.
Additional charges will apply if you request delivery beyond this area.
UK working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
Any delivery charges and expected delivery times are stated at the checkout.
Our courier will deliver the parcel between the hours of 8am and 6pm within 3 to 5 working days. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel the courier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place if you have requested this upon ordering.
Change or Cancel an Order
Unfortunately it is not normally possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If however you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us via the contact form, or email us at email@example.com where we will try our best to help you. Please quote your order number in all communications.

Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items
We hope that you are pleased with our product, but in the event that the product is faulty, damaged or is not as described we will happily refund or replace the item, depending on which you would prefer. Please ensure that you notify our customer services team by using the contact form, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days of receipt of the item. Please quote your name, order number, address and reason for return, letting us know whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. A refund or replacement for faulty or damaged goods will only be provided once we have received the item from you.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our depot. If we are satisfied that the product was faulty, damaged or not as described, we will refund the cost of your postage, up to the following limits:
- Up to 2kg parcel weight: £3.90 maximum delivery refund
- 2 to 5kg parcel weight: £5.10 maximum delivery refund
- 5 to 10kg parcel weight: £6.90 maximum delivery refund

The product remains your responsibility until received by our depot. Please package returned goods carefully, using original packaging where possible. Please also include the delivery note, filled out with your details of return. Any refund due will be made to the card which was used to pay for the original order. Please allow three weeks for refunds to be made.
We hope that you’ll love our products, but in the unlikely event that you change your mind you have seven working days from the receipt of the goods to request a full refund. Please use the contact form, or email us at email@example.com to notify us that you wish to return your order. We do not offer refunds for cancellations placed after this time.
